I am currently a 3rd year radiology resident in Cambodia. In 2015, I passed the entrance exam at my university of Health Science, Phnom Penh, to become a radiology resident. During these 3 years, I trained in various field of radiology. I have special interest in Neuroradiology. For the time being, Brain MRI perfusion has not been performed by senior radiologists as they have not yet know its clinical importance. Little do they know how to read or do this dynamic sequences. In February 2018, a professor from France came here and give us lecture for Neuroradiology module as part of our theoretical curriculum. He had shown us many important application of MRI perfusion yet no senior radiologist here have knowledge about. As a young radiologist to be, I would like to develop this field furthermore. Hence, I decided that the subject of my thesis in radiology would be base on MRI Perfusion in determine benign and malignant cerebral tumors. In order for me to do my data collection, I need to have a reliable software to interpret the images which lead me to your software. I strongly hope, by allowing me to have your software, will help me in my task to develop the radiology field to the fullest. I hope that MRI perfusion, after my introduction, will be a routine sequence in order to better diagnose brain tumor to be benefit of the patients.
