Hello! My name is Joaquim Costa and I'm a masters student of Biomedical Engineering of the Faculty of Sciences of Lisbon, currently doing my master's thesis project in University Medical Center in Utrecht. The goal of my project is to obtain a reliable pseudo-CT which can be used for MR-AC or to RTP. I'm currently studying the water-fat separation using a global surface algorithm, and I need this software to perform the clustering. Doing my research, I found this software the better to perform the clustering.
