Currently I provide medical physics expertise to translate, design, support and facilitate nuclear imaging PET imaging projects. The projects cover several areas including performing first-in-man studies of new radiopharmaceuticals developed in the division and clinical studies involving combining information obtained from complementary imaging modalities including MR and CT. The projects are in the areas of: first in man studies of new radiopharmaceuticals, prostate cancer, colorectal cancer, neuroendocrine tumours and multimodality image-guided surgery in cancer. I have also facilitated in purchasing and installation of new equipment including well counters, PET/CT scanners, and PET/MRI systems.
