Current projects for COMKAT
We are working on the following projects to add new functions to COMKAT:
Parametric imaging
We are adding a new function to the COMKAT Image Tool for the user to generate and display the parametric images easily. Speed and efficiency will be a major concern.
Support for DCE-MRI data
We are working on the functionalities for loading and processing DCE-MRI data and corresponding modeling issues.
DCE-MRI input function
We are developing methods to extract input functions for DCE-MRI studies.
